We do not grant a right of withdrawal in commercial business transactions. The legal transaction is concluded through offer and acceptance.

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The statutory right of withdrawal is a consumer right. If two companies (b2b) conclude a purchase contract with each other, this right of withdrawal does not apply.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Boom Cosmetics GmbH, Plauener Str. 163-165, 13053 Berlin, Germany, email: contact form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Please note: Your return must be registered in advance by email to help@lashboom.de and approved by the seller. You will receive an individual return code. Without this code, your shipment cannot be assigned and delivered!

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The goods must be returned in such a way that they are shipped by the consumer before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period for consumers.

The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.

Voluntary right of return

We do not offer an extended voluntary right of return beyond the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Goods that are intended exclusively for commercial use are excluded from withdrawal.

The following are excluded from revocation: eyelash glue, lifting glue, eyelash shampoo, lifting products, primer, remover, eyelash extensions.

Products excluded from revocation (see above) will not be accepted even if you refuse to accept them or return them at your own expense.

If you nevertheless return a product excluded from revocation to us, we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your expense.
If acceptance is refused abroad, additional costs will be incurred, which will be charged by DHL.
If you do not wish to return the goods or refuse to accept them, the goods will be destroyed without further notice after 14 days from the date on which we received your return. The buyer is not entitled to replacement goods.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Related/financed transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly likely to be the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our assistance with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation takes effect or when the goods are returned, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, exercise your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

Eyelash glue, lifting glue, lash shampoo, and vouchers cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of used, soiled, damaged, or non-original packaged items or to retain part of the refund amount.

2) Do not send the goods back to us carriage forward and uninsured

3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

B. Cancellation form

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods and that the parcel must be sufficiently stamped by you.
